Removed old pressure treated decking, double checked the existing framing adding more or replacing where necessary then installed Trex composite decking with a few step lights and post cap lights.

My grandparents old deck was starting to rot out and needed to be redone. Luckily the structural framing was still in good shape. The decking was replaced with a composite decking materials and new railing were also installed. A few additional things where added to make the deck compliant with current building codes.
